Initialize MyCast&Crew application
Employers may now use the SSA’s W-2 Online service to create, save, print, and submit up to 50 Form(s) W-2 at a time over the Internet. When you e-file with the SSA, no separate Form W-3 filing is required. An electronic Form W-3 will be created for you by the W-2 Online service.

This video shows you how to submit a new W-4 in MyCast&Crew. Things to keep in mind: All crew members coming through Start+, who are registering for MyCast&Crew will require a W-4. Start+ offers sent for any of the following work states: AK, FL, NH, NV, SD, TN. TX, WA, and WY will be required to complete a Federal State W4.
Anyone required to file Form. W-2 must file Form W-3 to transmit Copy A of Forms W-2. Make a copy of Form W-3; keep it and Copy D (For Employer) of Forms W-2 with your records for 4 years.
