Zubereitung. Den Knoblauch und die Tomaten kleinschneiden und in wenig Salzwasser gar dünsten. Die Catalogna in eine Auflaufform geben, Knoblauch, Tomate und Kapern darüber verteilen. Mit reichlich Semmelbröseln bestreuen und mit dem Olivenöl betreufeln. Im Backofen bei 200° C backen, bis die Semmelbröseln knusprig sind.
