Jan 12, 2023 · There is no known photograph of Billy’s mother, Catherine McCarty Antrim. The images are often presented as picturing the Kid’s mother, but neither has been authenticated. After arriving in America, immigrants of many nations, particularly the Irish, chose to band together in close-knit communities. Catherine likely did too, at least for a while.
