- If Norton still doesn’t work, you can try deleting old root certificates for Secure VPN. Follow these steps: Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box. Enter certlm.msc and press Enter. Open the Personal folder on the left, and click Certificates. Look for certificates that were issued by SurfEasy.
Jun 16, 2023 · If it did not block your Norton logins before you have been lucky. On PC's, ad blockers usually interfere with Norton web site functions such as signing in and web page redirects. You should be able to turn off the ad blocker functions for Norton pages.
