Capito, a Charleston finance executive, is the husband of Republican U.S. Sen. Shelley Moore Capito. Justice appointed Capito to replace former board Chairman Tom Flaherty, who wasn’t eligible for another term.

Jim Justice to replace Charleston attorney and former Board Chair Tom Flaherty, who was not eligible for reappointment.
