   • Festive atmosphere among the outdoor diners. Love this place and will return for sure. This place is a jewel. Prices are excellent too. First, Chez Jay is iconic. Been around since 1959, and had a supporting role in Goliath with Billy Bob Thornton. I've had my eye on Chez Jay for a number of years and finally a group of 7 of us ate dinner there.
