Although best known for his work on Marvel Comic’s X-Men series, Chris has written other seminal characters such as Batman and Superman, and The Fantastic Four. He is especially proud of his creator-owned work, with includes The Black Dragon and Marada, the She-Wolf (art by John Bolton) . He is the author of nine novels, with more on the way.

Chris Claremont is the internationally recognized comic book writer and novelist best known for his work on Marvel's X-Men comic books and, in particular, his 17 year stint writing the book The Uncanny X-Men. Claremont was born in London in 1950. His family moved to the U.S. in 1952 and settled in Long Island when Claremont was eight. I would LOVE to read some of Mr. Claremont's scripts or plot treatments (because I know that he writes old-school Marvel style quite often, with plots first).
