Chris Downey is the co-creator, an executive producer and writer of the series Leverage.
Downey is a writer and producer who has previously written episodes of Oh, Grow Up, What About Joan, and The King of Queens.
Downey had previously been a lawyer and brought that experience to Leverage and Leverage: Redemption. As stated by John Rogers in a podcast for the new show, "He used to work for an evil firm that represented these people. Whenever you see some legal chicanery, Chris has written that bit."
