pbonner-2 12 January 2001. "City of Angels" (creation of Stephen Bocho) is a welcomed TV series with a unique twist in casting ethnicity. The theme music is titillating, as are each of the plots. A great mixture of talent, humor, real-life situations, and human emotions (especially compassion).
