Class of 1984 is the closest thing to a Clockwork Orange 80s version and I love that movie. I love revenge movies and this one is absolutely a gem. With a realistic touch with the real world, I hated those kids the whole movie, I was even feeling tense 🥴. It was a pleasure waiting for the revenge in the last 20 minutes.
Class of 1984 is sort of crudely funny. The movie's idea of punk culture is also picturesque. But it quickly gets worse and worse until it achieves a degree of awfulness that, though rare, isn't much fun.
Mar 4, 2008 · "Class of 1984" is not a movie for all tastes, and the ending does get more and more pleasurably violent as the teacher begins to gain the upper hand against the creeps (so prepare yourself), but overall it is a wonderful addition to my Blu-Ray library of cult classics.
