  4. I know that the Clearwater speakers have been out for a long time now and they’re the only plug and play aftermarket speakers designed specifically for the Miata that I’m aware of. They’re $200 bucks on Moss Miata and when there are other cheaper speakers going for half that, I’m not sure if I should shell out for the Clearwater. 1.

  5. Sep 22, 2004 · If you have a 96 miata I d recommend calling Clearwater first before ordering the speakers. Clearwater can be reached at (916)983-6162. So in conclusion if you have a miata and are even considering upgrading the headrest speakers go with the Clearwater ones.

  7. I am very happy with my Clearwater Miata speakers. They were very easy to install, and they sound fantastic! Even with the top down and the wind whipping by, I can hear my stereo! You make a great product, and I'll certainly recommend your speakers to anyone who has a Miata. - John
