Feb 23, 2016 · Colditz Cove is a State Natural Area. From the information I can find it seems to be open. It appears to be treated a little differently than state parks. There are no picnic areas or campgrounds where people would congregate. Most hiking trails are open, even in the nearby Big South Fork NRRA. Still, you are likely to encounter others.
