    Undergraduate Colorado resident students are eligible to receive a College Opportunity Fund (COF) stipend from the State of Colorado to apply toward tuition costs. To receive the COF stipend, students must apply for the stipendAND authorize CSU to receive the funds EACH semester via RAMweb.
