All of the pages have both host and direct download links to cbr or cbz files, I'm not sure what you're looking at honestly. I use that site constantly and I only ever download files. To get to the pages that are just .jpg files you have to click through a "read online" button on the pages that host the links.

Sometimes the direct link to download the zip version does not work. One alternative is to open it online, page by page, and read. If you want to have it to yourself, download the pages (you can use an add-on script from your browser to download all pictures simultaneously), zip them all, and rename the extension file to .cbz instead.
