  7. 0. Missle Site During the Cold War - North Dakota facility. On our way to the Theodore Roosevelt National Park, we decided to tour the Ronald Reagan Minuteman Missle Site. It is about 1 hour north o I94. If coming on Hwy 200, you can stop at the November -33 Launch Facility. It is about two miles east of Cooperstown.
