  6. C. 'Creme Brulee' is a wonderful new hybrid of C. grandiflora x verticillata from Long Island, NY. It is similar to 'Moonbeam' but is more prolific, producing larger flowers and displaying improved mildew resistance. It is extremely vigorous: one plant can grow 16"-20" tall and 35" wide. It has overwintered in Michigan (zone 5).
