Craggy Gardens is a knobby, rocky, rhododendron-covered forest located on the Blue Ridge Parkway north of Asheville. Tall grasses, tall wildflowers and copious amounts of wild blueberries cover enormous, sunlight-drenched mountain balds. Rhododendrons bloom brilliantly in abundant, colorful displays.
