As jurisprudence has developed, there are three main aspects with which scholarly writing engages:
Criminal law is the body of law that relates to crime. It proscribes conduct perceived as threatening, harmful, or otherwise endangering to the property, health, safety, and moral welfare of people inclusive of one's self. Most criminal law is established by statute, which is to say that the laws are enacted by a legislature.
The first year of law school must be completed with a minimum "C+" cumulative GPA. Full credits required for graduation from CSUDH must be earned by the end of August following the first year of law school, or by the end of December following the first year of law school for students enrolled in Southwestern's evening program.
Analytical jurisprudence. Analytical jurisprudence seeks to provide a general account of the nature of law through the tools of conceptual analysis.The account is general in the sense of targeting universal features of law that hold at all times and places.
