The customer service office is located at the Peninsula Station, 1630 Mill Street in Peninsula and is staffed seven days a week from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. The Akron Station is open Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Tickets may be purchased at both stations.
