Oh, and there’s an angel here, played by Carol Kane. Honestly, I kept waiting for the movie to actually be about the angel ...

Dad, the Angel & Me plot. Ten-year-old Sam (Stephi Lineburg) is forced to live with her father when her mother is killed in a car accident. Her father, Jason (Judge Reinhold), is a psychiatrist, writer and especially womanizer and not at all happy with the thought of having to drag an arrogant baby with him.
