Daniel Humm (born September 21, 1976) is a Swiss plant-based chef and owner of Eleven Madison Park. [3] [4] [5] In 2003, Humm moved to the United States to become the executive chef at Campton Place in San Francisco [6] where he received four stars from the San Francisco Chronicle .
