Hollywood Law: Danielle violated a court's order, resulting in someone's murder. Even if Preus admitted that she didn't act with the intent to kill someone, she shouldn't have been able to simply walk away with no criminal charges.
Not bad for a character who's had one of the longest runs as a guest star. I kinda hope she comes back for the new season of Law & Order.

Thoughts on S7e4 Survivor. The camera work really emphasizes Judith's claustrophobia and Danielle Melnick is in top form during the motion hearing. As is Michael Willis.
Danielle Melnick files a motion to suppress evidence resulting from an alleged illegal search of the defendant's home...except that said search took place before the police actually executed their search warrant, and they found no weapon of any kind, nor were they even looking for one.
