David Tom (born March 23, 1978) is an American actor, best known for his roles as Billy Abbott on The Young and the Restless and Paul Cramer on One Life to Live. He won a 2000 Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actor for his work on The Young and the Restless.
