  3. 93. Reply. jwktiger. • 1 yr. ago. I remember an episode of American Justice on A&E where is wasnt quite a deathbed confession but a Murderer in Prison confessed to 2 more rapes that someone else had been convicted of. They ran the DNA from hairs on the body and it was his (the confessor).

  4. IIRC, the deathbed confession was from a hunter that was out in the forrest and saw the missing person getting tied up and shot, or something like that. It's a really awesome case, and there is a whole blog dedicated to it, it's really good stuff.

  5. I have seen a handful, having worked with the dying for a few years. My favorite one was about three years back, I was called to do a deathbed will for the father of a friend who had been diagnosed with something excessively aggressive, and which had come with a two week life expectancy.
