  7. Personally, I believe that Agile Leadership is the ability to think and act very differently depending on the context. A true Agile Leader - from my perspective - is someone who, in addition to being a Catalyst Leader, can also act as an Expert Leader (which this article is about) and an Achiever Leader (my next article ;-)).
