Prime Time’s first signature is still considered by many to be his best. The Nike Air Diamond Turflived up to its title, holding up on the gridiron and the grass. Deion laced up the first DT as a member of the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta Braves, and later as a Baltimore Raven. This shoe has been retroed numerous times in a variety of colorways.
The second installment of the signature series packed the same function as the first with a little more flash. A Super Bowl ring and Defensive Player of the Year accolades proved they could perform while daring colorways begged to be worn. After years of waiting, this model is finally returned.
In Dallas, Deion went from two-sport star to two-way starter. His fast feet caught fire with the Nike Air Diamond Turf Max 96. The staple cushioning proved a good addition to the DT line and the flamed upper has stayed hot over many releases.
The fifth and final Diamond Turf continued the trend of a midfoot strap while packing some new editions. Air Max cushioning was carried over from the previous model with help from 3M piping and a jelly outsole. These are yet to comeback.
The flashiest Jordan found its way onto the flashiest football player. Both black and white based Air Jordan 11 PE cleats were made for Deion. Prime Time sported these exclusives with the Washington Redskins and Cincinnati Reds. Jordan Brand also gave him an Air Jordan 13 PE during his last run with the Ravens.

In 1993, NFL superstar Deion “Prime Time” Sanders received his first Nike signature shoe, the Air Diamond Turf. The shoe debuted in a red, white and black colorway, matching the team colors of the San Francisco 49ers that Sanders played for at the time.
