Bianca Maria Visconti (31 March 1425 – 28 October 1468) also known as Bianca Maria Sforza or Blanca Maria was Duchess of Milan from 1450 to 1468 by marriage to Francesco I Sforza. She was regent of Marche during the absence of her spouse in 1448.
Bianca Maria Visconti, the illegitimate daughter of the last Visconti Duke of Milan, was born on March 31, 1425. Her 1441 marriage to Francesco Sforza helped the condottiere secure support and consolidate power in the region.
Bianca Maria Visconti was the only child of the duke of Milan, Filippo Maria Visconti, and his mistress Agnes del Maino. When she was about nine years old, Filippo betrothed her to his ally, the Italian noble Francesco Sforza, whom she married in 1441. Bianca had six children with Francesco.

In 1441, Francesco married Bianca Maria, the illegitimate daughter of Filippo Maria, and in 1444, she gave birth to a son, Galeazzo Maria Sforza. In 1447 Duke Visconti died without a male heir to succeed him.
