Feb 14, 2016 · The Milan floor plan is "new" to the Cincinnati area. So new that Ryan Homes didn't have a model built for it yet. Yet. They are in the process of building a Milan out in a development called Fort Scott in Harrison, OH. It's not too far from where we are building. We have stalked it once when we heard that it was going to be built there.
