Apr 29, 2024 · The game went for about 10 years after its release in 2003, but closed on September 19, 2013, due to ToonTown online “no longer fitting the business model of Disney”. Yeah right, you guys just didn’t wanna admit to really being cogs. Anyways, ToonTown Online itself has fallen, but there is still a ray of light!

Apr 23, 2024 · Disney’s Toontown Online started in 2003 as the first family-oriented MMO of its kind. Unfortunately, much to the player’s dismay, Disney announced the game’s closure in August of 2013 due to budget cuts and changes in management at Disney Online.
