Public Leaderboards are Valve's official rankings of the top players in four world regions. Rankings are determined by a player's Matchmaking Rating (MMR) in solo ranked matches.
Point Deductions. Removing a player from the DPC roster reduces 15% of all points earned by that time. Public announcements by teams and players are considered in calculations. Using a sub during a major incurs a 40% penalty on the points gained during that major.
