Aug 23, 2013 · "Drinking Buddies" feels like a series of outtakes and home movies of its stars drinking beer after beer and having fun amongst themselves. It’s "Grown Ups 2" for the art house crowd. It’s a torturous, interminable slog. The improvised dialogue is dreadful. Spend your ticket money getting drunk instead.
