Maybe "Drowning Mona" isn´t as cynical as "Fargo", but the fine cast - besides de Vito and Midler; Jamie Lee Curtis and Neve Campbell - can save it from drowning. A solid black comedy that is good for some big laughs and shortens the waiting time until the next Coen brother´s flick.
