The Très Riches Heures du Duc de Berry ( French pronunciation: [tʁɛ ʁiʃz‿œʁ dy dyk də beʁi]; English: The Very Rich Hours of the Duke of Berry [1] ), or Très Riches Heures, is the most famous and possibly the best surviving example of manuscript illumination in the late phase of the International Gothic style.
- Some background: the Limbourg Brothers. Known collectively as the Limbourg brothers, Paul, Jean and Herman de Limbourg were all highly skilled miniature painters active at the end of the 14th century and the beginning of 15th century.

It is a very richly decorated Book of Hours containing over 200 folios, of which about half are full page illustrations.
