Cannonballs are ammunition used in the Dwarf multicannon. After partial completion of the Dwarf Cannon quest, with 35 Smithing and an ammo mould, they can be made using a steel bar on a furnace yielding 25.6 Smithing experience and 4 cannonballs.
To use a dwarf multicannon, the Dwarf Cannon quest must be completed. Once the cannon is set up on the ground, it can be clicked to load cannonballs into it. The cannon then rotates and fires automatically at any attackable monsters nearby, causing damage to them.
