Before you top-up: Phone us on 0333 009 7111 (1) to set up your account. Share your phone number with us, so that we can let you know when you can top-up and send you handy low-balance alerts. Once set up you can easily top-up online through MyAccount or via the EDF app. Get help with your Pay As You Go meter.
For accounts starting with A, we’re open Monday to Thursday, 8 am-6 pm; Friday, 8 am-4 pm; weekends closed. For emergencies only, we're open Monday to Friday till 8 pm, Saturday 8 am - 5 pm and Sunday 9 am - 5 pm. You can get in touch by WhatsApp, phone text. You may also be to find answers to your question in our Help Centre online.
