    Any UK or AU version of the blu ray is uncut with the 1.78:1 aspect, although I think even the US is uncut these days, so all blu rays would be uncut. The cut version was only the initial DVD release in the US. tl;dr The only way to see EWS in the exact right aspect ratio is on a cinema screen as they would project 1.85:1.
