Faithless Street doubles as the first proper Ryan Adams release and the debut album of alt country pioneers Whiskeytown. Faithless Street combines elements of Uncle Tupelo and the country tinged side of Peter Buck and wraps it in a more “rock” sound that previous alt country outfits.
