This guide is intended for level 30+ people with limited or no access to high-end gear. I've done solo nuke runs at level 32 using literally nothing but a non-legendary, level 30 combat shotgun with the level 3 Enforcer perk and only a few basic weapon mods (mainly drum magazine for less reloading).
