Koliform fekal atau bakteri yang terdapat dalam feses (tinja) adalah bakteri anaerob fakultatif yang berbentuk batang, bersifat gram-negatif, dan tidak berspora. Bakteri koliform umumnya berasal dari usus halus hewan berdarah panas termasuk manusia.
