Finola is an Oscar and BAFTA-nominated producer whose credits include the award-winning debut Backbeat; Welcome to Woop Woop; The Lost Son; Me Without You; The Hamburg Cell; Stoned; and Golden Globe, EMMY-nominated and BAFTA-winning Tsunami: The Aftermath. Finola produced An Education, for which she was Oscar-nominated.
Oscar-nominated producer Finola Dwyer, ONZM, began her career as an editor at the National Film Unit, then went to TVNZ. Dwyer soon added producing to her skill set. Among the memorable Kiwi features she worked on are Came a Hot Friday, Starlight Hotel, and The Quiet Earth.

Finola Dwyer ONZM is a twice Oscar nominated, BAFTA award winning film & television producer. She runs Wildgaze Films, one of the UK’s leading independent production companies, with her producing partner Amanda Posey. Finola has recently completed Dirt Music, developed and financed by Film4, which shot in Western Australia.
