R4 team fairly consistent unless there is an unlucky 3rd jump with no attack break and/or my healers are constantly stunned without Vio procing to heal. This team usually gets me around 40% contribution in R4 pubs. I can also switch out Darion for Fire panda for def leader, but I generally prefer not to as it makes my team less safe.
