I was confused with Fire Panda until I decided on what I wanted him for. I decided that I didn't need him to fill the role of DD, due to the fact that only his S3 benefits from having high defense. Instead, I settled on building him on a somewhat "speedy and tanky" Violent/Focus set. Spd/HP/Def%. Here's what his stats currently look like.

Nov 25, 2023 · Panda Supremacy. Attacks the enemy 4 times. Each attack will grant HP Recovery Disturb, Glancing Hit Rate Increase, Attack Power Decrease, and Attack Speed Decrease for 2 turns with a 70% chance respectively. The inflicted damage is proportionate to your Defense. The damage increases by 20% per harmful effect granted on the enemy.
The most awesome effect of this skill is in healing all allies by 15% HP by each turn for 2 turns. This is almost identical to the 3rd skill (Holy Water) of Water Archangel but a little weaker. Anyway, Xiong Fei is not a healer but the healing effect that goes with this skill is good enough for sustainability especially in running dungeons.
