Our 100 Layer Donuts are still quite good on the 2nd day. If they are kept longer, we recommend freezing (preferably in an airtight container) and thawing at room temp a couple of hours before eating. Our Paleo donuts are usually good for 3-4 days, and our Yeast Raised donuts should be consumed on the same day.
