  7. I also added about a tsp of black pepper to the marinade. It marinated about 6-7 hours total, and I broiled it 5 min per side for perfect medium rare. After broiling I let it rest about 10 minutes. While it was resting I reduced the marinade on the stove top and skimmed off the oil for a delicious sauce. Thanks L DJ for a terrific recipe!
