CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Real estate investor Richard Davis has been awarded more than $4million in damages Wednesday in a trial that stemmed from the "Flip This House" TV show. Davis sued the A&E network, claiming an oral agreement to split revenues from the show was breached when he was never paid.
Davis, probably best known for his work on the A&E network’s Flip This House, came across the address of the house, and a few clicks later, learned it was still standing. The light bulb in his head began flashing an idea: buy the house and turn it into a museum.
