The Florida Gators baseball team is headed to Omaha for the first time since 2018 after beating South Carolina 4-0 in Game 2 of the Gainesville Super Regional.
Florida added a big insurance run to its lead as Colby Halter drove home BT Riopelle with a RBI sac fly with two outs. The Gators now lead the Gamecocks 4-0 in the middle of the eighth inning as Florida closes in on punching its ticket to the Men's College World Series in Omaha.
