You must learn Dragonriding to fly in Dragonflight areas. Completing the achievement Dragon Isles Pathfinder unlocks the use of regular flying mounts on the Dragon Isles. Shadowlands zones.
Riding is a secondary profession in which characters may learn to ride mounts, which provide movement speed bonuses and, when applicable, the ability to fly. Increasing riding skill grants further increases to movement speed.

Here are the details: Apprentice Riding — Slow ground speed at level 10. 9 Silver 50 Copper. Journeyman Riding — Fast ground speed at level 20. 47 Gold 50 Silver.
Dragonflight. In World of Warcraft Dragonflight you automatically learn mount riding skills upon reaching the appropriate level. You do not need to visit a mount trainer, and you do not have to pay gold to learn the skills. The first rank you learn is Apprentice, which will let you ride almost any mount.
