I loved The Innocents Abroad, and now also Following the Equator: A Journey Around the World. It tells of a around the world voyage with long stopovers in Australia and India and shorter visits to New Zealand, Ceylon, Mauritius, and South Africa. Never does Mark Twain forget he is a humorist.
