Francesco Condulmer (1390 – 30 October 1453) was a cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church. Coat of arms of Francesco Condulmer. He was made cardinal on 19 September 1431 by his uncle, Pope Eugenius IV, and accumulated many offices and dignities.
The Condulmer were a Venetian family originally from Pavia. [1] Originally wealthy commoners, the different branches of the family were only slowly admitted to the Venetian nobility. Marco Condulmer, a bread merchant, is recorded in 1297. [2]
