May 11, 2021. Lloyd J. Brower, 96, longtime Frankfort resident died May 7, 2021 at Whitlock Place in Crawfordsville. He was born on June 10, 1924 in Flora to Loren and Vera Alberta (Felix) Brower. He married Phyllis Anne Shepard on June 30, 1946 in Indianapolis, and she preceded him in death on Nov. 1, 2007.
